HDHP (STAR, Consumer, Summit)
Before deductible:
$38/mo adult, $22/mo child
After deductible:
$0 / month
HDHP payments count toward your deductible.

Medallus becomes your designated PCP
While enrolled, you agree to use Medallus for your primary care. If you want to see an outside PCP, you must cancel your Medallus participation at least 30 days in advance.
A note for HDHP members
On STAR, Consumer, or Summit plans, the PCP rule only kicks in after you meet your deductible.
Before deductible
You can still see outside PCPs and use your PEHP insurance. Your monthly payments count toward the deductible.
After deductible
PEHP starts paying Medallus directly. Medallus becomes your PCP and the 30-day cancellation rule applies.
