Good news for Medallus Medical members: starting in July, eligible members will have the option to upgrade their membership and add access to a new $0 prescription benefit.
With this upgraded plan, members can access over 5,000 commonly prescribed medications with a $0 copay. That means many everyday prescriptions may be available at no cost through the program, helping individuals and families save money on medications they may already need.
Using the benefit is simple. Members who upgrade will receive a digital prescription card that can be presented at participating pharmacies when filling an eligible prescription. The card is accepted at many major pharmacy locations, including Walgreens, CVS, Smith's, Walmart, and other participating pharmacies.
This new prescription benefit is designed to make healthcare more affordable and easier to manage. Whether it is a medication for blood pressure, diabetes, allergies, infections, or other common conditions, the $0 Rx Plan may help reduce out-of-pocket costs and make it easier to stay on track with your care.
The program launches in July. Members who would like access to the $0 prescription benefit will need to upgrade their current membership. Once upgraded, members will receive instructions on how to access and use their digital prescription card.
